Introduction

Dr. Ranajit Kar is a senior radiation oncologist and the head of radiation oncology department at HCG Panda Cancer Hospital, Cuttack. He specialises in modern radiotherapy techniques, along with HDR and LDR brachytherapy, with a focus on head and neck oncology, gynae oncology and breast oncology. He is a member of several professional organisations and has 3 international, 13 national and 10 state-level publications to his credit. He has also made several IMA presentations and participated in more than 300 seminars.
