Introduction

Dr. Riddhijyoti Talukdar is a Consultant Radiation Oncologist at HCG Cancer Centre, Borivali, Mumbai, with 8 years of experience. He specializes in advanced radiation techniques like IMRT, IGRT, and VMAT, and is skilled in both frame-based and frameless stereotactic radiosurgery and stereotactic body radiation therapy. Dr. Talukdar’s primary area of interest is Neuro-Oncology, Gynaecology and Head Neck Cancers, but he is also trained in treating Haematolymphoid, Breast, gastrointestinal and Urological malignancies. He is MBBS and DNB in Radiation Oncology and has worked as a Senior Research Fellow in Neuro-Oncology at Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai. He has also done his Senior Residency at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.

He is also trained in treating Lower Gastrointestinal, Paediatric, Urological and other malignancies.

·He is skilled in advanced radiation techniques, namely intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT), and volumetric-modulated arc therapy (VMAT). He is experienced in both frame-based and frameless stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), stereotactic radiotherapy (SRT), and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT).
