Introduction

Dr. Sachin Wani is an experienced surgical oncologist specializing in breast, head, neck, and thoracic oncology. He has completed his head and neck oncology fellowship from IFHNOS. Dr. Wani gives equal importance to clinical and functional outcomes. While he advocates for the significance of successful treatment outcomes, he also emphasizes the need to preserve patients' ability to speak, eat, and look normal. As one of the well-known names in the field of surgical oncology, he is passionate about finding new, and more effective treatments for cancer.

  • Treated many Recurrent Cancers of Oral Cavity with successful outcomes.
  • Specialises in treatment of Oral Cancer, tongue Cancer, Lip Cancer, Throat Cancer, skin cancer, parotid tumour, thyroid and parathyroid disorders and Laryngeal Cancer.
  • Expertise in Laser Surgeries for Oral Cavity early cancers and premalignant conditions like Leukoplakia, submucous fibroses and glottic cancers.
  • His main area of focus is on functional outcomes after cancer treatment. He preaches and practice that curing cancer is main goal, but ability to speak and eat normally and look good is equally important for head and neck cancer patients.
