●       Dr. Vishwajeeth Pai is an experienced medical oncologist, and he is available for consultations at HCG Cancer Centre (KR Road), a leading oncology hospital in Bangalore.

●       He specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of hematological malignancies and solid tumors through systemic therapies in both adult and pediatric patients.

●       His primary interest lies in treating breast cancer, lung cancer, and gynecological cancers. Urological cancers and lymphomas are his secondary areas of interest.

⮚     Co-Primary Investigator for the DESTINY Breast-006 clinical trial

⮚     Co-primary Investigator for the first CAR-T trial (IMN-003A00-201 Phase 2) for refractory lymphomas and acute lymphoblastic leukemias

⮚     Upcoming trial as Primary Investigator on multiomics-based prediction for chemotherapy response in high-grade serous ovarian cancers.

Awards & Accolades

●       Dr. Pai’s academic brilliance during his MBBS years earned him eight gold medals, which were presented by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. He was also honored with the Presidential Gold Medal for being the “Most Outstanding Student.”

●       He was the recipient of the IAMCON Gold Medal for academic excellence and Topper in MD Medicine.

●       Also, Dr. Pai secured the Shambu Yavagal Memorial Gold Medal for Topper in MD Medicine (2016).

●       Dr. Pai holds membership with multiple prestigious medical associations, namely the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), the Multinational Association for Supportive Care in Cancer (MASCC), and the Indian Society of Medical and Pediatric Oncology (ISMPO).
